Setup & requirements

Space: Please check the individual product listing for footprint and height. Allow extra clearance around the dome for mats, blower, and safe access.

Power: 1x standard mains socket within approx. 25 metres of setup (extension lead provided).

Surface: Real grass (staked) or indoors on a flat, clean surface (weighted). We don’t set up on gravel, sharp stones, or steep slopes.

Access: A clear path with suitable width/height is needed from our van to your setup area. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’re happy to advise.

Safety first

Your guests’ safety is our priority. We install and secure the dome to industry standards and provide clear user guidance on delivery. Outdoor hires are weather-dependent: in line with UK guidance (HSE/EN14960), inflatables must not operate in winds at or above 24 mph (including gusts). If wind or severe rain is forecast, we’ll discuss options such as moving indoors, re-scheduling, or switching to an alternative product where possible.
